OUR HISTORY

It was over 45 years ago in Sacramento, when Fritz Brown, Clark Stevens, Doug Elmore, and Peter Sparre decided to form a commercial real estate partnership.  Established in 1976, Brown Stevens Elmore & Sparre (BSES) created a commercial real estate firm that was based on the platform of integrity, creativity, market expertise, and client service.  Due to our quality of service, market knowledge and ethics, nearly 75% of our business comes from repeat clients and virtually all new clients are referrals from positive word-of-mouth.  We are proud to house seasoned negotiators that specialize in all phases of commercial real estate including land sales and development, office building sales, office leasing, and tenant representation.
